B2B Quality, Warranty and Issue Resolution
Percudi supports pet brands with project-specific quality planning and issue resolution across product development, production and delivery.
When a quality concern arises, the review is based on the approved specifications, confirmed samples, order conditions and available evidence for that project. The goal is to identify the cause clearly and agree on a practical next step.
Quality Review Basis
Each review is considered against the project’s approved specifications and agreed quality criteria. This can include:
- approved product specifications
- confirmed samples
- agreed materials and finishes
- packaging requirements
- order-specific quality criteria
Our Quality Assurance approach explains how quality planning and production review are coordinated before and during production.
Issue Reporting
To support an efficient review, customers should provide the relevant order or item reference, a clear description of the issue, photos or videos, and the quantity affected. Packaging and delivery condition should also be included when relevant.
Verification and Root-Cause Review
Percudi can coordinate a review with the relevant supplier or production partner to understand whether the issue relates to material, workmanship, assembly, packaging, handling, transport or a deviation from the approved specification.
Possible Resolution Paths
Depending on the verified cause and agreed commercial terms, a coordinated resolution may include:
- replacement of affected items
- rework or remake
- credit
- corrective action for future production
- another project-specific arrangement
No single remedy applies automatically; the appropriate next step is agreed after the evidence and scope have been reviewed.
Project-Specific Terms
Warranty, replacement, return or credit arrangements depend on the confirmed order terms, verified cause, scope of impact, agreed responsibility and other project-specific conditions.
